Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CutePost. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using CutePost on behalf of a team, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

You need an account to use CutePost. Keep your login secure and let us know at support@cutepost.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Plans & billing

  • CutePost offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Team).
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Dodo Payments on a monthly or annual cycle, and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • The Team plan is billed per seat. You can change seats from your workspace.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You own the posts you create. By using CutePost you grant us the limited permission needed to generate, store, and display them back to you. You're responsible for the content you generate and for having the rights to any text or material you provide.

Acceptable use

Don't use CutePost to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that impersonates others to deceive. Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service or its rate limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

Posts are generated with the help of AI models. Output can occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected — review what you publish. You're responsible for how you use generated content.

Availability & changes

We work to keep CutePost reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, add, or remove features over time, and may revise these terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutePost is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
